The new owner agree with signing this contract with the following
points:

1) This cat not be re-sold to leased or given away, or sold to any pet shop,research laboratory or similar facility.
2) The kitten should be taken good care of and adequate veterinary service.
3) This kitten is purchased for Pet________ Breeding__________ Show___________
4) This kitten (cat) will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outside.
5) In case the animal ( kitten ) has been sold as a PET-class, the Purchaser is obliged to sterilize it by the eight months age or not to use it for breeding.If the interdiction for breeding is broken, the Purchaser pays a fine ( equivalent to the animal price) to the Seller.
6) If the animal has been sold as a BREEDER-class, the Purchaser has no right to claim against the Seller because of unsatisfactory exhibition estimate.
7) If the animal has been sold as a SHOW-class, the Seller warrants its exhibition qualities at the moment of animal sale. The Seller bears no responsibility for subsequent ( further ) development of the animal and its exhibition career success.
8) Kittens are reserved by a non-refundable deposit only. Deposits will be considered payment for boarding, grooming and lost opportunities if the buyer changes their mind. The Seller will obliged take care about the reserved kitten during the stipulated period of time. If the Buyer refuses to pay the full price of the kitten, when the above mentioned period of time has expired, the Seller has the right to sell the kitten to another person. KITTENS ARE EVALUATED AT THE TIME OF SALE. IF UPON MATURITY THE KITTEN FAILS TO DEVELOP THIS POTENTIAL I WILL REPLACE THE KITTEN. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
9) The cost of kitten and the cost of shipping has to be paid completely 4 weeks before the departure of the kitten.
10) The cat mentioned can be used for the breeding ONLY into the cattery where he is sold. Concerning the male : no stud service is permitted out of the cattery. All the kittens must not be sold for breeding in Russia or other countries of the former USSR and Germany! (KITTENS SOLD IN GERMANY ARE EXCLUDED)!
11) The Seller agrees that if there is a need to place this kitten in the future, she will offer this kitten (cat) back to the Seller and if the Seller wants the kitten back, the Seller will pay the Buyer one half of the price of the original purchase price. If the Buyer is able to achieve the award of Grand Champion or achieve any higher awards, the Seller will pay an additional $500 for the cost of showing the kitten (cat) if the kitten (cat) attains GC title. If the Seller does not want the kitten (cat) back, the Seller will allow the Buyer to neuter the cat and place in a suitable pet home. The Buyer will do all possible to notify the Seller of the name of the new owner and contact information and the Purchaser agrees pass on the appropriate conditions of this contract with guaranteed signature of new owner.
12) Complete agreement of Seller and Purchaser with all above said conditions is certified by their Signatures :
